AMC AND KERASOTES FAQ FOR GUESTS

Q: Did AMC purchase all Kerasotes theatres?
A: AMC Theatres acquired the majority of the Kerasotes ShowPlace Theatres. Kerasotes will continue to operate its ShowPlace ICON in Chicago, IL; ShowPlace ICON in St. Louis Park, MN; and the ShowPlace 14 in Secaucus, NJ.

Q: Will my Kerasotes gift cards, movie money, premiere tickets and super saver tickets still be valid?
A: These items will be accepted at AMC locations.

Q: Will my Kerasotes complimentary passes and readmit tickets continue to be valid?
A: Kerasotes guests are encouraged to use any passes and readmit tickets as soon as possible as these items may only be honored for a limited time after the official close of the sale.

Q: What will be the ticket and concession prices at my local theatre?
A: At some point after AMC assumes ownership, we will set all pricing and policies.

Q: What will happen to the Five Buck Club?
A: Kerasotes has retained the rights to the Five Buck Club and will continue to operate as usual through existing Kerasotes locations. For a limited time, AMC Theatres will continue to offer the Five Buck Club to current members. However, during the period of transition, AMC Theatres isn’t able to sign-up new members. We recognize the popularity of this program, and will be evaluating value-pricing options for the newly-acquired locations in the very near future.

GIFT CARDS/PACKAGE TICKETS

Q: Are my current Kerasotes tickets and gift cards good at AMC or only at previous Kerasotes theatres?
A: BOTH*. AMC will honor Kerasotes products at both AMC and previous Kerasotes locations. *However, if you have a Kerasotes Movie Money gift card AMC will exchange the card for an AMC gift card and we are happy to do so. In order to exchange your card, please call 800.255.0311 and request the exchange.

Q: If I have a current supply of Kerasotes package tickets and gift cards, will I need to exchange them out for AMC ones?
A: No*. If you would like to make an exchange simply call 800.262.4849 option 3 and request an exchange form. We will be happy to swap out your inventory. A $15 fee applies to exchanges of more than 10 tickets/gift cards. *Unless you have a Kerasotes Movie Money gift card. Due to a systems issue we would be happy to exchange the card for an AMC gift card. Please call 800.255.0311 and request the exchange.

Q: What is your payment policy?
A: AMC requires payment at the time the order is placed unless other arrangements have been made. To receive a commercial open account, you must meet AMC’s credit qualifications criteria. For more information, please contact 800.262.4849 option 2.

Q: How do I order AMC products?
A: You may order AMC package tickets and gift cards online at www.amcnationalsales.com or via the National Sales Order Form.

Q: What number do I call for customer service or to reach a salesperson?
A: Please call 800.262.4849 option 3 for sales or option 2 regarding a previously placed order.

Q: What hours is the AMC Sales team available?
A: 8:30 – 5 p.m. CST

Q: Do AMC tickets or gift cards have an expiration date?
A: No, AMC tickets and gift cards do not expire.

Q: Do you allow refunds?
A: No, unless required by law. AMC National Sales orders are non-refundable.

Q: Does AMC provide order confirmations?
A: Yes, you will receive a confirmation and if a trackable shipping method was selected, you will receive a tracking number.

Q: Will I be able to reload my Kerasotes gift card?
A: No, but you may add value to an AMC gift card which is reloadable.

Q: Can I still use the Kerasotes order form? How do I get an AMC order form?
A: No, we will not accept Kerasotes order forms. Please download the AMC National Sales Order Form at www.amcnationalsales.com or place your order on the site directly.

Q: Does AMC sell their tickets in increments of 100 like Kerasotes?
A: No, AMC tickets are sold in bundles of 50.

Q: Can I continue to buy $5 Gift Certificates?
A: AMC does not offer gift certificates but you may purchase gift cards at http://www.amcnationalsales.com/Standard/Choose_Style.aspx?category=1

Q: What is the amount that can be loaded on a gift card?
A: AMC Gift Cards can be loaded with a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $100.

MOVIEWATCHER REWARDS

Q: Can I use my MovieWatcher Rewards card at a Kerasotes Showplace theatre?
A: Unfortunately, AMC will not be offering the MovieWatcher Rewards program at our newly acquired (former Kerasotes) locations. We will soon be in the process of integrating our systems with the Kerasotes systems, which could take quite some time to accomplish. We hope to offer a loyalty program in these locations in the near future.

Q: In markets where there is an AMC theatre and a Kerasotes Showplace theatre, if I am a MovieWatcher Rewards member and I purchase tickets at a Kerasotes Theatre, can I present my stubs and card at an AMC theatre for a manual point adjustment?
A: Unfortunately, until the current technology is integrated, we will not be manually loading MovieWatcher Rewards points from a Kerasotes Showplace or Star Theatre at an AMC theatre. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Q: Can I sign-up for MovieWatcher Rewards at a Kerasotes Showplace theatre?
A: Unfortunately, AMC will not be offering the MovieWatcher Rewards program at Kerasotes Showplace theatres. We hope to offer a loyalty program in these locations in the near future.

Q: I signed up for the MovieWatcher Rewards program online and received a card in the mail. Why can’t I use it at my favorite Kerasotes Showplace theatre?
A: AMC will not currently be offering the MovieWatcher Rewards program at Kerasotes Showplace theatres. We are in the process of integrating our systems with the Kerasotes systems, which could take quite some time to accomplish. We apologize for any confusion.

Q: At Kerasotes you couldn’t bring in food and drinks from outside. What is AMC’s policy on outside food and drink?
A: We have the same no outside food and drink policy.

Q: Does AMC have a policy about the age of children at R-rated films when accompanied by a parent or guardian?
A: In an effort to provide the most enjoyable experience for adults attending R-rated films in the evenings, no children younger than six will be admitted into these features after 6 p.m.
